"Chest 1/2" and "Waist 1/2" are measured flat, at the bust and waist seams respectively. Multiply by 2 for full circumference.
"Front Length" is measured from the folded high point shoulder (HPS) to the bottom hem.
"Sleeve Length" is measured from the shoulder seam down to the cuff.
