What is PSOPHÍA’s Return Policy?

If you wish to return any of our products, simply contact our Returns Service via email at return@psophia.com. We will be happy to assist you and send you the shipping labels so that you can return your order free of charge if you live in Spain.

Returns from an EU Member Country

If you made your purchase in an EU member country and wish to return it, you can do so as follows:

Request a return via email at return@psophia.com, indicating:

  • The reason for the return

  • The items you wish to return

  • The shipping method you prefer

You can choose between two options:

  1. Return the package on your own, covering the shipping costs, to the following address:

  2. Request that we send a courier to collect your return. This option costs €15, which will be deducted from the original amount of your order.

Returns from the United States

If you made your purchase from the United States and wish to return it, please follow these steps:

Contact us via return@psophia.com, indicating:

  • The reason for the return

  • The items you wish to return

  • Your preferred shipping method for the return

Choose one of the following options:

  1. Return the package on your own, covering the shipping costs, to the following address:

  2. Request that we send a courier to collect your return for €25. In this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from your original refund.

Returns – Orders from Outside the European Union

If you made your purchase from outside the European Union and wish to return it, you can do so as follows:

Send us an email at return@psophia.com, indicating:

  • The reason for the return

  • The items you wish to return

  • Your preferred shipping method for the return

Once we receive your request, you can choose between the following options:

  1. Return the package on your own, covering the shipping costs and any customs charges that may apply. The return should be sent to the following address:

  2. Request that we send a courier to collect the package from your address. This option costs €25, which will be deducted from your refund, along with any customs fees, if applicable.

Please note that the costs associated with returns from outside the EU are not covered by PSOPHÍA.

We remind you that all returns must be made within 15 days from the receipt of your order.

The products you wish to return must be properly packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition at our warehouse. We strive to provide you with the best service, but in the case of returns, it is important that the products are returned unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive your package with the items for return, you will receive an email from PSOPHÍA. Within 2-3 business days, we will process your return and issue the corresponding refund.
